Ms. Parker is a member of the firm and leader of the Family Law Practice Group. She handles separation and divorce cases whether highly litigated or through the new, lower conflict Collaborative model. Ms. Parker also represents individuals involved in matrimonial cases involving complex business, tax and custody issues. She has extensive experience with all types of adoptions, including private and international placements. Her clients include child care agencies providing residential and out-patient services. With her background in family law and health law, Ms. Parker also provides services related to fertility treatment and Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
Selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America in health care, Ms. Parker is also a member of the firm’s Health Care Providers Industry Team and counsels hospitals and providers in risk management and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Harris Beach in 1981, Ms. Parker practiced in Washington, D.C., and St. Louis, Missouri.
