The Appellate Litigation and Advocacy Practice Group at Harris Beach combines the right blend of appellate court experience, trial-level capabilities, and litigation advocacy to help our clients meet their most formidable litigation challenges. Our attorneys handle appellate cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies throughout New York. In addition to appellate proceedings, we also provide assistance in the litigation of cases at the trial court level. We assist with the preparation of motions to dismiss, for summary judgment, for or against class certification, and for other dispositive motions.
