Rochester, NY…Daniel J. Moore, a member of Harris Beach PLLC, is among a group of nationally recognized labor and employment lawyers who authored chapters in a new publication, Dealing with Employee Lawsuits: Strategies for the Prevention & Defense of Workplace-Related Claims, released this month by Aspatore, Inc. of Boston, MA. Aspatore is a publisher of books, journals, and CD-ROMs that address business and legal issues relevant to top level executives. Authors of Aspatore publications are executives and lawyers from leading companies and law firms selected by an editorial board to participate in specific projects based on career expertise and experience.

Mr. Moore’s chapter, “Providing Value to the Client,” discusses how employers can best defend themselves against employment-related claims, and describes the types of claims most commonly filed in state and federal courts.
