SEC Rejects Recommendations to Exempt Smaller Firms from Key Sarbanes-Oxley Act Provisions     << BACK    |

Smaller public companies will not be exempt from key auditing requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as recommended earlier this year by the Securities and Exchange Commission's Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies.
