The law firm of Harris Beach PLLC is pleased to announce that Nicholas J. Buono of New York City has joined the firm as an associate in the Public Finance & Economic Development Practice Group. His practice focuses on municipal finance law, state and local agency finance law, and industrial development. Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Buono served as assistant counsel at the New York State Housing Finance Agency where he participated in financing transactions fostering the development and preservation of affordable multifamily rental housing throughout New York state. Mr. Buono is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
