With the addition of attorney Frank C. Pavia, Harris Beach has expanded its brownfield redevelopment practice. The practice utilizes the resources and knowledge of attorneys from the environmental, construction, commercial real estate, and public finance practice areas. Additional attorneys with significant brownfield experience include: Shawn Griffin, Joseph Picciotti, Robert Murray, and Munesh Patel.
The focus for these brownfield initiatives at Harris Beach is maximizing the benefits for municipalities, communities, and developers. We have extensive experience working with the New York State Environmental Restoration Program, the Brownfield Opportunity Area Program, the Brownfield Cleanup Program, the Empire Zone Program, and many other financial incentive programs to yield the best results for our clients.
