Recently, the CSEA sent requests under the Freedom of Information Law to municipalities statewide. The request is seeking information related to the records of non-managerial municipal employees unrepresented by a collective bargaining agent. We have formulated a response to CSEA's request on behalf of many of our municipal clients.
