Mr. Yusick is a member of the firm. He practices in the Residential Real Estate Practice Group and serves on the Financial Institutions and Capital Markets Industry Team. His legal practice focuses primarily in the areas of residential real estate, banking, and small business matters. Mr. Yusick has represented a number of financial institutions in a variety of matters, as well as small business operators in a broad range of transactions.
Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Yusick was a named partner in the firm Hurst Brothman & Yusick which merged with Harris Beach in 2004. He serves as village attorney and prosecutor for the Village of Angola and is a former village justice.
Professional & Community Activities
Mr.Yusick is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and is a member of its Real Property Committee and Banking Committee. He is also a member of the Erie County Prosecutors Association and the New York State Magistrates Association.
Mr. Yusick is a member and currently serves as chairman of the Town of Evans Zoning Board of Appeals.
