Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Fiumara is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Public Education Committee, and a former co-chair of The Dialogue Project, an American Bar Association initiative aimed at teaching students the value of U. S. citizenship. In 2004, Mr. Fiumara received the Monroe County Bar Association’s Presidential Professional Volunteer Award. He has handled a number of prisoner’s rights cases in federal court on a pro bono basis.
