Ms. Petrella is an associate of the firm and practices in the Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining Harris Beach, Ms. Petrella was a litigation associate in the New York City office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. She represented companies in connection with government investigations, regulatory requests, and complex state and federal litigation matters.
Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Petrella is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations and serves on the Steering Committee of the Rochester Chapter of the University at Buffalo Law School Alumni Association. In 2010, she was recognized by the New York State Bar Association as an Empire State Counsel honoree for her pro bono service. During law school, she served as a note and comment editor of the Buffalo Law Review, an associate editor of the Buffalo Women’s Law Journal, and president of the Wechsler Moot Court Executive Board and Criminal Law Society Executive Board.
