Mr. Andreucci is a member of the firm and practices in the Public Finance and Economic Development Practice Group and serves on the Municipalities and Quasi-Governmental Agencies, the Financial Institutions and Capital Markets, the Nanotechnology, and the Real Estate Developers Industry Teams.  Mr. Andreucci has served as bond counsel, transaction counsel, initial purchasers or underwriters counsel, bank counsel, liquidity provider counsel and borrower counsel for a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, and project financings, as well as structuring and closing transactions under the New Market Tax Credits program and helping organizations to obtain the tax credits.  He has experience with transactions involving public infrastructure; stadiums; colleges, universities and other section 501(c)(3) organizations; low-income housing facilities; and manufacturing facilities.  Mr. Andreucci has been actively involved with infrastructure projects in a variety of industries, including energy, solid waste management, water and wastewater, and sports and entertainment.  He has represented numerous developers, lenders, and governmental entities in the development, contracting, and financing of projects.  Mr. Andreucci has also provided assistance in connection with industrial development agency sale-leaseback transactions.  His experience includes preparing blue sky memoranda and conducting due diligence and legal research with respect to various corporate, tax, real estate, and public finance topics.  Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Andreucci was an associate in the public finance department of a Rochester area national law firm.  Mr. Andreucci served as Director of Operations (1995-1997) and as Deputy County Executive (1998-2002) in the Office of the Albany County Executive.  As deputy county executive, he acted as the chief operating officer for the county government.  In 1997, Mr. Andreucci served as the secretary to the Senate Minority Conference of the New York State Legislature.

Professional & Community Activities

Mr. Andreucci is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the New York State Economic Development Council.  Mr. Andreucci is also a board member of the New York Council on Non-Profits, and serves as second vice presidentto the board.
