Christopher H. Feldman

Mr. Feldman is an associate of the firm and practices with the Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group and Municipalities and Quasi-Governmental Agencies Industry Team. Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Feldman served in the City of Yonkers Office of the Corporation Counsel where he represented the city in a wide range of state and federal civil defense litigation as well as various land use and environmental matters.  He also handled a number of special assignments, including serving as counsel to the Yonkers Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Workforce Investment Board and the Yonkers Waterfront Development Corporation. Mr. Feldman also represented the city in labor matters and before the New York State Public Service Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the State Division of Human Rights.
