Cristina A. Bahr

Ms. Bahr is an associate of the firm practicing in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.  Prior to joining Harris Beach as an associate, Ms. Bahr practiced for five years representing and counseling individuals in a wide range of employment law issues.  In addition to counseling clients concerning workplace disputes and employment matters, Ms. Bahr’s practice experience includes handling discrimination claims before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the EEOC.  She has litigated claims under the federal discrimination statutes, the First Amendment, ERISA and the FMLA.  Ms. Bahr also has experience litigating complex class and collective action wage cases under the FLSA, and state wage and hour laws.
