Associate
Ms. Da Cunzo is an associate of the firm and practices with the Medical and Life Sciences Industry Team. She represents pharmaceutical companies and other manufacturers in connection with complex product liability litigation, including negligence and failure to warn claims. Prior to joining Harris Beach, Ms. Da Cunzo was a litigation associate at a Newark, New Jersey law firm where she participated in major pharmaceutical trials in federal court. Following law school, Ms. Da Cunzo served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Frank M. Donato of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage, Law Division.
Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Da Cunzo is a member of the New York, New Jersey, and New York City Bar Associations. She co-authored the article, "Staying in the Game: E-Discovery with a Live Product," DRI, For The Defense in the October 2010 edition. She also published the article, “As Honest as a Lawyer?” in the December 2004 edition of The Bencher, the bi-monthly magazine of the American Inns of Court. In May 2010, Ms. Da Cunzo spoke on the topic, "E-Discovery with a Live Product," at the DRI Drug and Medical Device conference in San Francisco.
