Mr. Capriotti is a member of the firm and Management Committee, and co-managing partner of the Syracuse office. He practices in the Insurance Litigation and Product Liability Defense Practice Group, focusing his legal practice on general corporate, commercial and civil litigation, including personal injury defense, and premises liability and general liability defense. Mr. Capriotti also practices in the Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights and the Collection Law Practice Groups, and has handled a variety of collections law matters & bankruptcy and financial restructuring cases.
Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Capriotti was a partner in the Syracuse-based law firm Martin, Martin & Woodard LLC which merged with Harris Beach in 2004.
Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Capriotti is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a former president-elect of the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association. He is a member of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Advisory Board and a member of the board of the Midstate Youth Hockey Organization. He has served as a member and vice president of the Preserve Homeowners Association.
