Mr. Foss is a member of the firm and co-leader of the Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group and Automotive and Vehicles Industry Team.  He also practices in the Real Property Valuation Litigation Practice Group and the Real Estate Developers Industry Team, focusing his legal practice on partnership disputes, shareholder squeeze out litigation, contract disputes, securities claims, eminent domain, valuation proceedings, and real property tax assessment litigation.  Mr. Foss serves on the firm’s e-info^sm Electronic Information Counseling and Management Team, which provides comprehensive document management services for both non-litigation and litigation scenarios.

Mr. Foss handles trial and appellate matters before the New York and federal courts.
