Mr. Heimerl's practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate, banking law, and corporate and business law.
From 1963 through 1975, Mr. Heimerl served as Tonawanda City Attorney.
Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Heimerl is a member of the Erie County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nova Casualty Company and Dunn Tire. Mr. Heimerl has served on the Advisory Boards of Deaconess Hospital and Brylin Hospital as well as on the Board of Trustees at the Buffalo Club.
While attending college, Mr. Heimerl was a member of the Naval ROTC Program and upon graduation was commissioned as an ensign in the United States Naval Reserves.
