Ms. Sheppard is an associate of the firm. She practices in the Life and Asset Planning Practice Group. Ms. Sheppard’s practice focuses on estate planning through the use of trusts, wills and other planning documents with the goal of strategic management and distribution of assets to minimize taxes.
Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Sheppard is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Association, the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys, and the Rochester Black Bar Association. She is a volunteer with the Monroe County Bar Association’s Lawyers for Learning Program. Ms. Sheppard has been elected Chair of the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys’ Diversity Committee for the 2012-3013 term and will serve on the Board of Directors.
