Ms. Wagner is a member of the firm. She practices in the Life and Asset Planning Practice Group. Her practice focuses on life care planning, including elder law, trusts and estate administration and estate planning. She assists individuals and families with issues related to general estate and tax planning, corporate succession planning, as well as asset protection and crisis planning techniques. Ms. Wagner's practice focuses on the care, well-being and legal issues that affect seniors. These issues include family wealth preservation, assistance with applying and qualifying for Medicaid, Medicare issues, long-term care planning, care management, guardianships, supplemental needs trusts, and special needs planning.
Professional & Community Activities
Ms. Wagner is a member of the Elder Law and Surrogate Court Practice and Procedure Committees of the Erie County Bar Association, the Elder Law and Estates and Trusts Sections of the New York State Bar Association, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Wagner frequently presents to various groups and organizations on Elder Law, Medicaid Planning and Estate and Trust Planning. She is an active member of the Network in Aging and serves on the Planning Board for the Village of Middleport, New York.
