Kenneth C. Beehler
Associate
Mr. Beehler is an associate of the firm. He practices in the Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation and Public Finance and Economic Development Practice Groups. Mr. Beehler has assisted corporations, municipalities and other entities in a wide variety of litigation, including products liability, commercial and contract disputes and personal injury matters. Mr. Beehler has additionally provided counsel to corporations analyzing potential business ventures in New York state.
Professional & Community Activities
During law school, Mr. Beehler was a member of the International Law Society and served as a staff editor of the Journal of Legislation & Public Policy. Mr. Beehler additionally participated in a clinic providing pro bono representation for low-income residents in the New York City area in their disputed matters before the IRS and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a co-author of the following articles: "PCBs from A to Z: A Re-Emerging Toxic Tort Concern," DRI, For the Defense, (January 2012), and “PCBs: The inside story and what building owners and property managers must address,” New York Real Estate Journal (November 22, 2011). He was elected into Phi Beta Kappa following graduation from college.
