Mr. Bezio is a member of the firm and practices in the Public Finance and Economic Development Practice Group.

Mr. Bezio has extensive experience serving clients in the public finance sector as letter of credit bank counsel, bond counsel and underwriters counsel in variable rate and fixed rate tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions involving not-for-profit organizations including: hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare entities; colleges and universities; and other charitable organizations.  He also represents lenders and borrowers in not-for-profit financing transactions involving secured loans, real estate financing, receivables and equipment financing, letters of credit, lines of credit, standby bond purchase agreements, and ISDA swaps.  Mr. Bezio is also experienced with obligated group healthcare financing structures, secured lending, syndicated lending, taxable and tax-exempt leasing structures, and not-for-profit corporate and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Harris Beach, Mr. Bezio served as a senior court attorney for the Court of Appeals of the State of New York.
