Marina L. Schwarz
Associate

Ms. Schwarz is an associate of the firm. She practices with the Medical and Life Sciences Industry Team. Her practice is primarily focused on litigation involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, products liability defense and medical malpractice defense, as well as premises liability. Ms. Schwarz has also aided in the representation of a banking institution in a commercial litigation action against charges of conversion, conspiracy, and negligence.

Professional & Community Activities

During law school, Ms. Schwarz was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, both the Appellate Advocacy and Trial Advocacy Divisions.  She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Schwarz has co-authored the following articles:
