Mitchell Pawluk
Associate
Mr. Pawluk is an associate of the firm practicing in the Business and Commercial Litigation and the Government Compliance and Investigations Practice Groups. Mr. Pawluk was a Harris Beach summer clerk in 2009 and 2010. He also served as legal intern for the New York State Department of Law, Office of the Attorney General, and the New York State Commission on Public Integrity, Office of General Counsel. In 2008, Mr. Pawluk served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Charles J. Siragusa, U. S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
While in law school, Mr. Pawluk was a member of the Albany Government Law Review. In addition, Mr. Pawluk was a research assistant for Professor Patrick M. Connors and the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on Government Ethics.
Professional & Community Activities
Mr. Pawluk is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He serves as Chairman of the City of Cohoes Board of Ethics. He is a contributing author of the Government, Law and Policy Journal’s "New York State's Budget: Conflicts and Challenges," released on October 13, 2011. The Government, Law and Policy Journal is published by the New York State Bar Association State Bar's Committee on Attorneys in Public Service, in cooperation with the Government Law Center of Albany Law School.
