Ms. Marchioni is an associate of the firm and practices in the Construction and Surety Law Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on contract disputes between and among owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction managers.  These disputes involve such matters as delay claims; indemnification and contribution; negligence and statutory violations of New York’s Code Rule 53; wrongful termination; misappropriation of trust funds and lien foreclosure.  She has also handled matters involving the filing of both public and private mechanic’s liens and subsequent foreclosure actions,  payment bond claims brought by contractors, the enforcement of indemnity agreements based upon claims made by contractors against performance and payment bonds, and defending sureties against actions related to guardianship bond matters.
