Mr. Dalton is a member of the firm and leader of the Industrial and Consumer Manufacturing Products Industry Team.  He practices in the Corporate Practice Group and serves on the Automotive and Vehicles, Energy, Financial Institutions and Capital Markets,Nanotechnology, and Science and Technology Commercialization Industry Teams.  Selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America and listed in New York Super Lawyers, Mr. Dalton focuses his practice in general corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, business planning, and commercial and banking law.  He represents business clients and entrepreneurs at all stages in their business development, including start-ups, capital planning and formation, and ongoing business transactions.  He represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of business transactions, including tender offers, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.  Mr. Dalton also practices securities law, and is involved with public offerings, private placements, and periodic reporting.
