Mr. Marshall is an associate of the firm and practices primarily in the Public Finance and Economic Development Practice Group.  In that practice he focuses on economic and community development, municipal finance law, and state and local agency finance law, as well as in structuring and closing transactions under the New Markets Tax Credit Program, and on transactions involving the rehabilitation tax credit and low income housing tax credits.  Mr. Marshall also practices in the Corporate Practice Group, where he focuses on a wide array of corporate and commercial law issues, including entity formation, acquisitions, financing transactions and general business planning.
