The Law Office of Henry F. Wojtaszek is of counsel to Harris Beach.  Henry Wojtaszek practices in public finance and economic development and serves municipalities and quasi-governmental agencies.  He assists Harris Beach in the area of public project development initiatives.  Mr. Wojtaszek is the former North Tonawanda city attorney, a position he held from January 1998 to December 2004.  He also served as chairman of the Niagara County Republican Committee from 2000 through early November 2009.  In 2002, he ran as the Republican candidate for U. S. Congress in the 28th Congressional District.  Following a tour of duty in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U. S. Navy, Mr. Wojtaszek established a successful solo practice in 1991 in North Tonawanda.

Mr. Wojtaszek is a member of the Erie and Niagara County Law Guardian panels, Volunteer Lawyers Program, and past president of the Board of Directors of the Niagara County Legal Aid Society.  He is involved in a number of civic activities including the Stephen Sikora Post of the American Legion, Niagara County Juvenile Justice Task Force, Exchange Club of the Tonawandas, and Knights of Columbus. 

Mr. Wojtaszek received in JD in 1987 from the University of Dayton School of Law and is BA in 1984 from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.  He is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States Supreme Court.
