Mr. Hujer is an associate of the firm within the Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  He represents two international rental car companies and other business interests.  He has tried several cases to verdict in New York and Massachusetts, and handles all other aspects of litigation, including litigation strategies, depositions, motions, and coverage opinions.  Mr. Hujer also litigates commercial matters involving employment agreements, requests for injunctive relief, and declaratory judgment actions, and practices before the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
