Victoria A. Reyner
Senior Counsel

Ms. Reyner is senior counsel to the firm.  She practices in the Corporate Practice Group and serves on the Financial Institutions and Capital Markets and Automotive and Vehicles Industry Teams.  Ms. Reyner has experience in general corporate and commercial law, with a primary focus on securities law matters.  Her practice also involves advising clients with respect to other business matters, including mergers & acquisitions, business planning, intellectual property licensing, federal and state consumer financial regulatory compliance matters, and private debt and equity financing.  Before joining Harris Beach, she practiced general corporate law at a large San Francisco law firm.
