Mr. Muggia is a member of the firm. He practices in the Business and Commercial Litigation, Corporate, and Insurance Litigation and Product Liability Defense Practice Groups. He also serves on the Automotive and Vehicles Industry Team. Mr. Muggia has more than 20 years of experience in trials and arbitrations involving product liability, motor vehicle, premises liability and business matters, as well as complex commercial and corporate transactions. He represents many insurance companies and self-insureds involved in litigation and provides litigation strategy and management to minimize the cost of doing business. He has a national practice servicing the rental car industry in litigation defense, licensing, franchising, and general corporate matters. He handles corporate matters ranging from incorporations to national and multi-national mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Muggia has briefed, argued and tried cases in many state and federal courts and has traveled the country handling corporate, commercial and litigation matters and negotiating disputes to a successful resolution. Mr. Muggia is one of the most well respected attorneys in the United States in the field of veterinary law; whether buying or selling a practice, resolving partner and employee conflicts, effectuating a solid and cohesive business plan, or litigating restrictive covenants. He is well published and lectures nationally within the veterinary industry, in addition to being listed as an approved consultant by the American Animal Hospital Association and a member of the American Veterinary Medical Law Association.
