Anne McGinnis was an invited presenter on two topics for the Lehigh University Special Education Law Symposium on June 21.

She first presented on child find – a provision of special education law that requires school districts to identify, locate, and evaluate all children with disabilities to determine whether they require special education services.

She also presented on the legal considerations for students with dyslexia. Participants at the Special Education Symposium include educators, attorneys, and parents from throughout the country.

In both presentations Anne served in a reactor role with Catherine M. Michael, a parent attorney with Connell Michael Kerr, LLP.
