This is a moderated panel discussion with the Judges of the New York State Court of Appeals. The program will provide an introspective look inside the Court’s secrets and is designed for attorneys who perform appellate work or would like to learn more about appellate practice. Topics include Court statistics, brief writing, oral arguments, amicus filings and when to dissent. A reception will follow where participants can network and “Meet the Judges”.
