The Upstate Capital Association of NY is celebrating the deals and dealmakers of the last year together on December 5 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Arbor Loft , 17 Pitkin St in Rochester. Howard Zemsky, president and CEO of Empire State Development, will be the keynote speaker for the event.
