Harris Beach Partner Brian Ginsberg spoke to students from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law about similarities and differences between appellate litigation in the government and appellate litigation in the private sector.

Brian, who is a member of our Appellate Practice Group and a veteran of the Office of the New York State Solicitor General—the governmental unit responsible for briefing and arguing some of the most significant appeals brought and defended on behalf of the State of New York—engaged law school students in a spirited discussion of appellate and constitutional litigation in government and in private practice.
