Harris Beach Immigration attorney L.J. D’Arrigo will discuss new Form I-9, E-Verify and remote hire procedures in an upcoming webinar with the Business Council of New York.

All employers must use the new Form I-9 no later than November 1, 2023. After that date, employers can be fined for using an older version. L.J. will discuss how the new form and new employment document verification requirements affect employers.

The webinar is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Sept. 14, 2023. It is open to members and non-members.
