Harris Beach attorney Doreen Klein contributed a chapter – “Privilege and Confidentiality” – to the third edition of The Guide to Monitorships, a publication issued by Global Investigations Review, an online resource for those specializing in investigating and remediating suspected corporate wrongdoing. Doreen, a member of the firm’s Government Compliance and Investigations Practice Group, worked with McKool Smith’s Daniel W. Levy, a former federal prosecutor, on their chapter, which addressed the confidentiality and privilege concerns that arise in connection with monitorships.

Their contribution – Part V, Chapter 23, can be found on page 16 here.
