  • Eligibility and requirements,
  • Account registration process,
  • Vesting periods,
  • Manual and bulk upload process,
  • Frequently asked questions.

DOH invites those interested in HWB to visit the NYS HWB Home Page as well as the Frequently Asked Questions regarding the HWB Program. DOH is expected to use those links to update information on the Program.
