In addition, we have developed standardized procedures to handle documents in routine foreclosures and we customize those procedures according to our clients’ needs.
We negotiate, prepare and record deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, which result in the title being delivered to the mortgagee without having to conduct a judicial foreclosure.
We negotiate terms and prepare forbearance agreements between mortgagee(s) and mortgagor(s).
Our attorneys also defend clients in mortgage foreclosure actions.
Our firm handles all aspects of a judicial foreclosure, including preparing, filing, and serving the summons and verified complaint, recording the notice of pendency, obtaining judgment of foreclosure and sale, scheduling the foreclosure sale, recording the referee’s deed, obtaining a fee owner’s title policy, and seeking a deficiency judgment against obligor(s)/guarantor(s).
