Going by the calendar alone, it’s not yet summer. But it is for law firms as a new group of eager law students begin their learning experiences as summer associates. The Harris Beach 2023 Summer Associate Program launched on Tuesday, May 23, as the 11 members of the group met for orientation before dispersing to their assigned offices. The summer associates will be providing research and support for attorneys in across the state, while working out of the Rochester, Albany, Buffalo and New York City offices. All but one of our summer associates are studying at New York law schools; one study is attending the University of Alabama Law School. The summer associates will be with us through July 28.
