Alumni of the Syracuse University College of Law are returning to campus now through Saturday for Alumni Weekend – and partner Allison Fiut, a 2011 SU Law graduate, will be sharing her knowledge with them. Allison is speaking on a Continuing Legal Education panel tomorrow, Sept. 24, regarding the pros and cons of litigation practices developed during COVID-19. The session will examine differences in costs, how the virtual environment alters advocacy and other changes when cases are presented outside an actual courtroom. The session starts at 10:30 a.m. Allison will be joined on the panel by the Hon. Mae A. D’Agostino, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of New York in Albany, and moderator Michael A. Kaplan, a partner with Lowenstein Sandler in New York. Click here for more information on Alumni Weekend events and here for more information on the panelists.
