The Western New York Daily Record is recognizing commercial real estate attorneys in the region, including Rochester partner Charles “Chip” Russell, for their ability to help clients navigate complex transactions that are fundamental to the growth of businesses and organizations. Chip, leader of the Harris Beach Commercial Real Estate Practice Group, was named to the publication’s Power 20 List for Real Estate Law. The publication noted that the challenges faced by real estate lawyers have grown exponentially more complicated due to the pandemic and its restrictions on face-to-face meetings. Chip noted for the publication that he finds commercial real estate law especially rewarding because it involves projects that drive employment. Chip served a decade as board member for the Seneca Waterways Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
