The food and beverage industry is experiencing an unprecedented period of innovation in the Finger Lakes and beyond, opening new opportunities for entrepreneurs. The Cornell Food Venture Center, at Geneva-based Cornell AgriTech, has played a key role in the development of that ecosystem by helping thousands of companies take products to market. The FVC recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with renovations to its pilot plant.
On hand to help cut the ribbon was Michael Nozzolio, partner at Harris Beach and co-Leader of our Food and Beverage Industry Team. As a member of the state Senate and Assembly for more than 30 years, Mike has served as a champion for Cornell initiatives and for food and beverage-led development across New York.
