Andrea M. Gray, an attorney experienced in elder and special needs law, trusts, estate planning and long-term care, has joined Harris Beach PLLC as a senior counsel in Rochester.
Andrea is part of the growing Harris Beach Wills, Trusts and Estates team, which focuses on advising clients statewide in developing and implementing successful, customized solutions for the preservation, management and transfer of wealth to the next generation, as well as navigating the difficult medical, financial and legal decisions posed by aging.
Active in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Andrea is experienced in elder and special needs law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, gift and estate tax planning and guardianship. Her elder law practice expands on traditional estate planning by offering clients strategies to preserve assets to cover the high costs of long-term care or specialized care for a loved one with disabilities.
Andrea comes to Harris Beach with a unique perspective that includes front-line experience in the health care industry, having served in leadership and as labor counsel for two health care systems and holding a graduate degree in public health. She is the second new attorney to join the Wills, Trust and Estates group in the last four months.
