Harris Beach PLLC has added two new attorneys to its growing team in its Capital Region offices in downtown Albany and Saratoga Springs.
Meaghan Lambert and Eric Brenner recently relocated to the region from the firm’s Rochester office. Ms. Lambert and Mr. Brenner are both 2017 summa cum laude graduates of Albany Law School.
Ms. Lambert is a member of the Harris Beach Business and Commercial Litigation Practice. She also regularly works with the firm’s Energy Industry Team, assisting clients on various regulatory issues before the New York State Public Service Commission.
As a member of our Public Finance and Economic Development Practice, Mr. Brenner counsels industrial development agencies and local development corporations statewide in development projects utilizing tax-exempt or taxable bond financing. He also works on transactions involving payment-in-lieu of tax agreements as part of sale-leaseback structuring and regularly assists in transactions involving financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations.
“The New York economy is evolving rapidly, presenting businesses with new and different challenges,” said John McManus, managing partner of the Harris Beach Capital Region offices. “Meaghan and Eric are helping us continue to expand our capabilities to meet those challenges for our clients. Due to our firm’s statewide platform and our local growth, we have the flexibility to deploy our talent across all of our offices, ensuring our clients have ready access to the resources they need.”
