Harris Beach Partner Abbie Eliasberg Fuchs, leader of the firm’s U.S. News and World Report/Best Lawyers nationally ranked Tier 1 Mass Torts and Industry-Wide Litigation Practice Group, has been named as a Thomson Reuters Stand-Out Lawyer for 2023.
This honor designates Abbie as one of the nation’s most highly regarded attorneys as identified by general counsel and other clients. Thomson Reuters conducts an annual survey of 2,000 buyers of legal services nationwide and asks them to identify the three most outstanding lawyers they have worked with in the past three years.
Abbie was also named to the Stand-Out Lawyers List in 2022. She concentrates her practice in the areas of toxic torts, complex products liability litigation, complex commercial disputes and catastrophic injury cases where immediate responses are required and serves as national coordinating counsel to Fortune 100 manufacturers and distributors. In addition to the Mass Torts team, Abbie leads the Harris Beach Product Liability/General Liability and Insurance Coverage practice groups.
Thomson Reuters created the Stand-Out Lawyers list as an exclusive resource for senior in-house counsel to gather timely insights from these lawyers on challenges facing the legal profession.
