Harris Beach Partner Constantine P. Lizas was featured in a Bank Director publication this week, discussing the impact of the Corporate Transparency Act’s Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements on banks.
The reporting requirements go into effect Jan. 1, 2024. Constantine’s article spelled out the challenges banks will face in meeting those requirements.
Constantine advises financial services clients on Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), digital currency, blockchain, and other banking regulatory issues before the federal banking agencies and FinCEN.
