The Long Island Business News named Partner Glenn M. Jones as a Who’s Who in Health Care Law, a listing of innovative professionals on Long Island who contribute to the region’s growth.

Glenn, a Partner in our Health Care Industry Team and a member of the Government Compliance and Investigations Practice Group, was asked to highlight a health care trend of focus in 2023. To which he responded, “The key focus of my practice has been defending health care providers, including nursing homes, hospitals, substance abuse and rehabilitation center urgent care centers, imaging centers, pharmacies, health care executives and staff, who are under investigation for potential violations of Federal, State and local statutes and regulations governing Federal Health Care programs. This includes matters involving allegations of violations of the Stark Act, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
