Rochester partner and Food & Beverage Industry Team co-leader Mike Nozzolio shared thoughts on U.S. food safety standards, including labeling and compliance and processing standards. More generally, Nozzolio shared his belief that the local food and beverage industry has been a great success story for the region, from the rise of the farm-to-fork movement and an increase in the number of businesses focused on locally grown and organic foods to the increase in business for larger, longtime food manufacturers.
