Partners Neal Slifkin and Jim Muldoon have once again been named to the Power 20 Intellectual Property Law list by The Daily Record of Western New York. “The people on this list help clients make sure their clients’ inventions, writing, music, designs and other works are protected,” Daily Record editors note. Jim leads the Harris Beach Intellectual Property Law Practice Group out of Syracuse office; his practice focuses on the enforcement and defense of intellectual property infringement and related claims in federal and state courts and in arbitration. Neal is part of the IP Law team, working out of Rochester, and litigates all types of intellectual property actions including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade dress infringement actions. Neal and Jim reflected on the year past and the year ahead in the Daily Record article about the Power 20. (Subscription may be required.)
