Students and others at New York Law School got a chance to learn about the appellate practice from Partner Brian Ginsberg this week. Brian participated in a “fireside chat” with Law Professor Rick Marsico about his experience with the Office of the New York State Solicitor General, which handles high-profile appeals of cases involving New York agencies and officials. Brian is a former Assistant Solicitor General for New York and invited to speak by the Law School, the American Constitution Society, The Federalist Society, the Student Bar Association and Office of Public Interest and Pro Bono Initiatives. New York Law School (NYLS) is a 125-year-old independent law school located in the heart of New York, and graduates have gone on to hold high elected and appointed office in the City, lead large and small firms, and gain recognition in business.
